Avoiding bias in the Technical Communication is the most helpful learning I have gained. The concepts we have read so far out of all others, avoiding bias, is one of the consistent thing that will help us ever in any aspect. In the technical writing, we need to address the global audience and managing the formal tone and neutral position is the most important requirement. Biased writing can demotivate the audience and they feel like discarding the reading process entirely. So far, we have worked on the different topics and sometimes what happens there are several ideas popped up in the mind.
